DESCRIPTION AND STRUCTURE

The energy management system of the municipality is based on the energy  management team.

The energy manager's job description includes the following activities:

• Collection, monitoring and analysis of data relating to the supply, transformation and consumption of energy in public utilities, public buildings, other systems that belong to the objects of public spending, as well as other objects in energy consumption.
• Development of the energy balance of the municipality 
• Preparation of periodic reports on the status of municipalities in the field of energy 
• Participation in the development of the energy plan of the municipality
• Identification of the possibilities of using renewable energy sources in the municipality, especially in public utilities, public buildings and other systems that belong to the objects of public spending; 
• Identification of measures of rational use of energy in public utilities, public buildings and other systems that belong to the objects of public spending
• Preparation and monitoring of energy efficiency projects and use of renewable energy.
• Collaboration with other members of the energy management system of the municipality, as well as other local authorities and similar institutions of the Country.
• Permanent education in the field of energy management and energy planning at the municipal level through national and international seminars.
